Correspondence
Two ways in: an email address a person reads, and a calendar you can book yourself. Below, the business record in full and an honest account of what the first conversation actually is.
Where to reach the firm
Correspondence is by email and scheduled call. There is no phone line and no contact form on this site — an email address that a person reads and answers is more useful than a form that disappears into a queue, and it leaves you holding a copy of what you sent.
What actually happens on it
Thirty minutes, by video or phone, whichever you pick when you book. Not a demo, not a pitch deck, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
What we’ll ask you
How work reaches you and what has to happen before it turns into money. Which systems hold which facts today. Where the same number gets typed twice. What breaks most often, and what happens when it does. Whether you’ve bought software for this before and what went wrong with it — that answer is usually the most informative thing in the call.
What you’ll get back on the call
A straight read on whether this is a software problem at all. If it is, which of the four service lines fits and roughly what a Survey would cost. If it isn’t — if the answer is a process change, a different tool you can buy for ninety dollars a month, or hiring someone — you’ll be told that, on the call, at no cost. That outcome is common enough to be worth stating up front.
What to have handy
Nothing prepared is required. If you happen to have them: a recent quote or estimate, a recent invoice, and a rough sense of how many jobs or orders you run in a month. Those three make the conversation concrete much faster. No access, no credentials and no data are needed or requested at this stage.
What happens after
A written summary by email within one business day: what was described, what was heard, and a recommendation — including “do nothing yet” where that is the honest one. If a Survey makes sense, it comes with a fixed price and a defined end date attached to it. If you don’t reply, you will not be entered into a sequence and chased; the record stays open and you can pick it up whenever it suits.
Not booking a call
- Privacy and data requests. Email contact@centralux.ai from the address you used, and see Entry 05 for what is held and how removal works.
- Existing clients. Use the channel established for your engagement; it is monitored ahead of general correspondence.
- Vendors and partners. Email is fine. Unsolicited sales sequences are not answered, which is not personal.
- Press and speaking. Email with the outlet, the topic and the deadline.
- Anything urgent and operational for a live system we maintain. Use the escalation path named in your Custody agreement, which does not depend on this page.
